Yes, was studying two Porsches in natural light over the weekend. The Carmine Red is simply not a nice red. Period. If the red was as it appeared under the Frankfurt Show lights then that is what I would have ordered. So white it will be for me.

100% agree, you and I can see that and even a Porsche sales guy said it wasn't a great red to me - why? I saw the car under those lights and it looked amazing but thankfully i saw a real life Porsche in the red and it was awful. I got Green instead.

I was looking at that but Porsche being 100% useless couldn't even put out a video let alone show you one. Put lots of photos up quickly very interested to see.

Startimg off in Q1, I had Mamba Green in mind, but did not manage to get it approved . Changed to dark grey which wasn‘t my favourite but did not look too bad. It does have some nice reflections and other colored particles shining through. Still I had not been 100% convinced. Back then in summer, Porsche opened up the 2021 configurator with new colors. I do remember showing the Cherry version to my wife. Immediately, she ordered me to order it. Picked delivery last Friday, and it is gorgeous! The configurator and reality are not too far away from each other. Cherry changes tone depending on light and reflections a lot. early everyome is turnimg his/her head around. Would definitely rank Cherry my no. 1 ?.

Nice choice! I ordered mine in Cherry too (ETA: Feb/March)! It was really tough to find good photos/videos. Every time I see one, it looks different than the others! Good to know that the configurator isn't that far off.

Oh man, I am so glad to hear this!!! I too ordered Cherry Metallic but mine does not even get here until March. We did see a sample piece at the dealership when we ordered our Taycan but seeing a small piece versus the car still left a 'what does it really look like' question. So happy to hear that you are happy with your choice!

I had my Carmine red delivered on 23rd Dec and I love it. Each to their own about colours.

I have the Chalk with the Cherry, works very well!
