Does bluetooth work (i.e. hands free telephone etc)?
I'd try:
Deleting the phone in the PCM and forgetting the car in your phone's bluetooth. Then set it up again as a new device.
Try someone else phone.
See if CarPlay via a cable works at least.
Otherwise, my expertise on the matter is exhausted!
