Thought i would select this package to provide a wireless connection for the car occupants. It’s probably not required but we’re going on a road trip many kms over the next few weeks. €20 for 7GB also not great but i figure if I need a connection the car antenna is probably better then the phone or ipad.

anyway - i pushed the button on it but how do i access the wifi? The car’s usual wifi SSID is showing but s a password. It doesn’t take my Porsche ID login. What am i missing? Thanks.

Umm, why not simply use your own phone as a hotspot for the car and share your data package (it will be cheaper)?

Yep true. But thought I’d give it a go. I’m in Spain and family have Spanish phone accounts which AFAIK are expensive roaming in the UK so they can you toob while I drive - to a certain extent (up to 7Gb ?).

If your kids use You tube like my Grand kids, that 7 GB will last one day! ???

I have 150 GB data with my phone and the kids used a fair chunk of that lately on a boat trip. Free roaming from France luckily enough.
