First one seems the better one IMO.

However, these don’t seem to be discounted enough for me. Not even 10% off. Would be pushing for a lot more than this.

Thank you for your reply. I am trading in my Mercedes, and they are offering a fairly good price for it in Option 1. In Option 2, they did not offer a £500 discount and offered £4k less for my car. Additionally, I don't think Option 1 has heated seats, and London is pretty cold, especially now. Confused!

Heated seats are standard.

If definitely be pushing for more off.

When I purchased my 4S, I was considering two nearly identical vehicles at the same dealership, about $4K apart in price. I put all the options next to each other in a spreadsheet and started to lean towards one of the cars. Then I went to the dealer and drove both of them. One was an out-of-state car that had been around the block a bit more than the other. The other was a local car that just looked and felt brand new. I bought that one, the more expensive one. Luckily, it was also the one I was leaning towards. Driving both back to back was the clincher though.

2nd has RAS…i don’t know for you, but for me, it’s a must have.

From the two I would choose option 1.

But if it was me buying out of the two it would be neither as too many options I wanted missing from it. My suggestion would be go through the configurator and option your ideal car. Then think of your must haves and see which of the two has most of what YOU want. I bought my GTS Jan 23 and with all its options came to £132k. If I were to do it again I would probably get all the same options again so it’s unique to what you want

#1. If you're getting a GTS, get the GTS wheels and badging. You'll enjoy the pano roof. I had a 4S without rear axel steering and now a GTS with real axel steering. I'm sure there is a difference.. yet, I've never felt as though I've noticed it.

Number 1 is sitting at 9% SoC in turtle mode. Given it has ‘0 miles’, I’d question what is going on there. Sitting at long term low SoC isn’t great for the battery. I’d get them to validate the SoH! There is a warranty statement that say new cars are delivered with SoH above 99.8% or something like that.

Good evening,

I am confused about which one out of these two options is better. One seems to have a better color and aesthetics, while the other one has better extras (panoramic roof, ambient lighting, etc.). Please assist the lady in making her choice. Thank you.

Option 1: https://finder.porsche.com/gb/en-GB...terior-color-groups=ext-black&order=price_asc

Option 2: https://finder.porsche.com/gb/en-GB/details/porsche-taycan-gts-new-5LD8W0
RS Sypders are the go to wheels but worst range (if that matters).
- Range combined - 311 miles for the 20" Taycan Turbo S Aero
- Range combined - 288 miles for the 21" RS Spyders

Rear Axle Steering (RAS) is highly desirable. Note you get Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV+) as standard and so this is the icing on the cake.

Jet black metallic rather than solid black.

4 +1 - pointless really - not enough room and not suitable for long journeys or anything other than a small child.

Elec charge port cover (preferred)

Electric folding mirrors (a must)

Auto dimming mirrors (a must)

Pano roof (a must - it will be dark and claustrophobic otherwise (adds a little headroom), Note that if you don't have the roof then you can't add roof bars (no slots) and would have to consider roof racks which rely on suction.

Not sure about the removal of lettering - I wouldn't - could potentially be re-added.

Would prefer extended leather interior over Alcantara (easier to keep).

Ignore the 311 combined range - fantasy land. With RS Spyders (for example) more like 170 miles @ 85% or 205 miles @ 100% when ambient < 3C. We've just had a lot of snow in Aberdeenshire and my car reported 171 miles @ 85% at power on and within 1 mile was reporting 160 miles. Ambient -2C. I'm sure you're aware of the range subtleties but just thought I'd mention (same for all Taycans / EVs).

I've had the saloon (4S) and now have a GTS ST (as per my avatar) - full black exterior / extended leather - I would not go back to the saloon (ST has more rear headroom and much more practical in terms of load carrying).

Tricky one as both cars are similar. If the one which has RS Spyders also had RAS then that would be ideal. If pushed - the more expensive one has the better spec and would be my choice.
