Rear Porsche logo color/visibility

So on my 2022 Taycan GTS, the Porsche lettering in the rear is black. So it’s completely impossible to even read or make out. And since the black “Taycan GTS” lettering against my Carrera White Metallic paint shows so clearly, it really looks weird that the actual Porsche name cannot be seen.

Ideally, would love to have it illuminated, but that doesn’t seem to be an option. So in my mind, the next best is to have it in original clear. Is there any way to get that? I know Glacier Blue lettering is available thru SunCoast, but not too interested in that. I’m unable to find OEM clear lettering, so would appreciate any leads from folks. And also advice on my dilemma and what you all think?

It’s unmistakably a Porsche even with the illegible letters. Wouldn’t worry too much about the brand not being visible.

Let us know if you find an option. I just bought a Turbo with black logo on back and I think it looks better with the logo in silver.

Get Suncoast on the phone, or email them - they can likely get you the original version too. Personally I swapped mine out for black Euro style lights (pictures in this thread), but I also deleted the Taycan Turbo logo from my Carrera White Metallic car, so perhaps our esthetic goals are not the same.

This used to bother me too on my GTS. It was much clearer on my Taycan 4S. However, with time I actually prefer the black version on the GTS since the circuit board inlay is metallic versus the plain plastic on the 4S.

This is one of those Porsche Heritage things.

Rear lettering in Black is a GTS style thing but not exclusive to since you can option it on other trims.
Can you replace it with the standard light bar Rear letters? I am sure you can as this is just a parts cost and labor cost, but then this would not be styled like a GTS.

We would have preferred to have another Macan Turbo (2016 -> 2024) but the trims end in Macan GTS, so we went with all the intended exterior GTS styling and keeping as many excusive to items, but for the inside we did not go with the GTS interior given a choice to make it more of what a Turbo would have been with focus on comfort vs. sport.

IMO the black "stealth" appearance makes the bum even more adorable, because the sleek light-bar does not get interrupted.
I would always opt for that again, and certainly would not go in the "Audi/VW et al"-league of getting the "Porsche" illuminated. ?

Thanks! I am not sure how I am feeling about the illuminated logo.... seems a bit "much" for me and am looking for a subtler look. So the light appearance of the "Porsche" is perfect.

I have the white Porsche logo for sale though.
Totally forgot about that. ?‍
Including rear lights.
I switched to glacier blue.
