Recently, my little DC ‘fast charge’ flap has stopped staying open - so it’s quite hard to plug in the typical cable that requires two hands to twist into place.
Because it “still works”, it’s not considered a warranty issue…and replacing would require replacing the entire module, which costs >$3500, which is clearly not worth it.
Anyone have any idea what can go wrong here, and is there a way to fix it without replacing the whole silly thing? It’s obviously a $2 flap and probably some sort of tiny interlock piece that’s broken…
