Check if you have grounding rods for your electrical service. I kept getting a ground fault error that was resolved with 2 new grounding rods at the service entry to the house.

I had the same grounding error problem with the Porsche charger. I solved it by buying an aftermarket charger on Amazon 6 months ago. Zero problems since then. Another overengineered POS from Porsche.
