nevertheless it’s still impressive. I own both, a Model SP100D and a Taycan Turbo S. In no moment theTesla feels slow, but in no moment it feels faster than the Taycan too. So I’d expect the Taycan to beat it 10/10 times... especially given the pricetag and brand difference. But alas, the Tesla...
uhm, that’s odd for the keyfob, as mine was wrong when delivered (February, delivery was a white Taycan produced before December, but I had ordered a green one...) and got a brand new one completed in February and delivered in March. Still, they are gonna change keys. I also wouldn’t say it...
The rear axle steering feels almost unnaturally good in its ability to change direction of the car. I am amazed every single day of the turn radius of this thing...
It's a ground fix for the 12V battery, at least that's what my dealer told me. I am sure it's connected to what @louv has experienced. They are also changing my keyfob... anyone has any info about that?
OK this actually makes a lot of sense. Thanks @louv! Set those as per your comment to:
Minimum SOC @home profile: 60%
Timer charged for 8:10am daily to 80% with preferred charging between 00 and 06am.
Pre-cool/heat for afternoon drive without charging at 3pm.
Let's see if it will work (fingers...
I set "Minimum state of charge" to 80%. I think what Porsche means here is "Maximum SOC" but...
Also I disable optimised charging and choose Preferred charging times and chose 00am-06am, although as stated above - the Taycan simply does not obey that command. But nevertheless, Optimised...
I think I figured it out, not sure 100% yet, but here's how my setup was and what I did to fix this:
1) I don't think timers work. At least mine don't. My car always charges when I plug it in, not when the timer or profile says. So I disabled them all and not use them.
2) I have two profiles...
Anyone else seen this? Happened to me for the third time today. Also, my business partner (who also has a Taycan) said after I complained to him it happened to him as well and he almost crushed his in our office garage.
I'd say it requires quite some more amount of planning, especially on longer trips, to ensure all hotels have what it needs but then again, it's also worth it :)
me neither, I would have never picked this colour combo, but the wife is a graphic designer and she said the red would be killer interior of a green car...
Sure, someone in this forum said a 22kw onboard AC charger is expected soon. AC is your electricity at home for example. Currently the...
I wouldn't say common, as charging infrastructure is not good here, but yeah, most plugs even public ones are 22kw. It's rare to see 40-50kw or above. However when you buy a charger (say for your home or office) price difference is negligible between 22kw three phase and 16kw or 11kw. I have 6...
I am posting a picture thread of my Taycan Turbo S in Mamba Green with red leather interior. Hope you like it.... and sorry it's so dirty, tried to clean it at home but it seems I am not as good as the guys on the carwash :)
