Warning, there are multiple pages for tire pressures in the manual

I only looked at this: but the “Taycan” there only refers to the RWD model. Sheesh! There is a separate table for each model:

Is this gap around your door sills normal? (Black aluminum if you care)

Seems like a good place for dirt and sand to get caught

"This is the slowest Porsche for over 30 years"

Not saying this is an important figure, but it was still interesting... http://autozine.org/0_News/Archive/2021_01/News_frame.html 143 mph. This is the top speed of the entry-level Porsche Taycan that's simply called Taycan. It is therefore the slowest Porsche since the 944 2.7, which went out...

How to get key to lock car without motion sensor?

Supposedly (from the manual) you’re supposed to be able to double click the lock button and the key will give one long flash indicating that the car is locked without the motion sensor. Never works for me... does this work for anyone else?

What’s the deal with the tire pressure deviation screen?

I have 19” all-seasons set to part load. Target pressure is supposed to be 33/32. I have them set to 34/33 cold. Yet the deviation screen says my tires are +0 for the front and +3/+4 on the rears??? The manual says they take into account tire temperature but I measured everything at the same...

Top 10 impressions on my options (if you were wondering about base stereo, metal roof, RAS, limestone, etc.)

I had a hard time choosing between options as not all were available at the dealer. Luckily I can say I don't regret a single choice. Some impressions in case it helps others. Base stereo is perfectly acceptable for background listening. Bass is fine even without the subwoofer. There is...

    Charger mount anchors

The anchors that come with the charger mount look like they’re for drywall? Am I supposed to use them to mount on concrete? Instructions are ridiculously vague although they come in 100 languages in four books.

800V is not all rainbows and butterflies

Like most of you I've read all the press about the advantages of 800V. But only just found this post and realized there are significant trade-offs...

Any real-world performance results for 4S?

Would especially be interesting to see the difference between the standard "Performance" battery and Performance Battery Plus. The hp/ton is 182 vs. 197 (non-launch control) yet Porsche claims they both have a 49-74 mph of 2.3. I'd love to see a wheel torque graph for the 4S's similar to the...

RAS has no effect between 37 - 50 mph?

Below 37, wheels move in opposite direction. Above 50, they move in same direction. In between they don’t move at all. That’s on 911s, anyone know if it’s the same case for Taycans? If so RAS doesn’t seem helpful from a street performance perspective because that’s exactly the speed range I’d be...

Does anyone definitively know if PTV causes excessive rear brake wear?

Doesn't have to be specific to the Taycan, but I'm trying to decide for the Taycan. I have had to replace my rears way earlier than the fronts on other Porsches and I assumed it was the PTV. But reading more about this some people say PSM is what causes it and it may be even worse without the...

Does Night Vision Assist help identify idling cars with their lights off on the side of the highway?

Separately, in another thread someone mentioned it would be great if you could display the night vision image on the passenger screen. That would be the best non-gimmicky use of the screen ever, so of course it's not supported.

What state of charge was your Taycan delivered with?

I'm especially interested in whether dealers are following Porsche's guideline to not charge above 85% unless needed or whether they're trying to give you a "full tank of gas".

Is LSD standard even if you don't get PTV+?

According to this the 2-speed transmission is a transaxle with an integrated limited slip differential. Would there really be two versions depending on whether you get PTV+ or not or do you always get the LSD? I tried to find a parts catalog for the Taycan but no luck.

Thermally insulated glass & phone GPS

Can someone with this option confirm that it has no effect on your phone's GPS (especially if you have a metal roof)? On other cars some people say it's a big problem and others say it's fine. Thanks!
