When I collected mine at the beginning of the year the Porsche Charging Network card was delayed 2 months due to the semiconductor shortage. Yours might be too since you are in the UK also. What they didn't tell me was you can use the Porsche Charging app to charge at the Porsche superchargers. So download that in the meantime if you plan to charge at Porsche or use their network. That's very useful. thanks.
Thanks. I did download that (along with about 15 other apps) and set it up. Interestingly, the first few charging locations i just clicked on said 'RIFD card only, charging via app not available'. They are 'new motion' stations - which I think is old name for Shell. I guess i don't really care about the ones near my house but hopefully i'll get a card all the same. When I collected mine at the beginning of the year the Porsche Charging Network card was delayed 2 months due to the semiconductor shortage. Should be fine, they are a very good dealer from what I heard and experienced so far, and they already asked me if I could provide my password and PIN so that they could setup everything ahead of time.May your SOS light be green!
Yep they asked too, so hopefully all set up. They better have done all of the updates!!Should be fine, they are a very good dealer from what I heard and experienced so far, and they already asked me if I could provide my password and PIN so that they could setup everything ahead of time.
They also did all the last firmware and software update.
I did send them everything (I ll change the password later) and now I already have the car in the app with its charge level, remote functions etc.
Maybe you can ask your dealer to do the same?
