it should have it. on the porsche online config, the turbo does not have the ambient lighting option whereas the 4S does, as a standalone.

I looked in my records and in the Standard Equipment there is a mention of Interior Ambient Lighting but it is not specific enough to spell out like a standalone Ambient Lighting Option for other trims since it not just some lighting, you can control color, intensity, and even sync it to the music playing. I would be surprised that your 2021 Turbo does not have it.

I have ambient lights inside that I can control the color of, but not in the cup holder, and don't remember any light below the door frame. I'll check when I'm back home this weekend. I remember when these mods originally came up a few years ago, I briefly looked into it and it seemed like they weren't compatible with my car. But hopefully I'm wrong - your puddle lights look great. My wife's GLS comes with this standard and it's a great touch.

It is possible that cup holders are set to 0% or may be this was not part of the 2021 builds.
I have the original printed brochure and the cupholders are lit up in it, which would be a 2020.

I have the Neodyme package - so there is a gold trim on the cup holders. Not sure if that affects it.

I have a 21 with ambient lights. It includes the cupholders.

How do the projectors hold up after time? There was discussion on Bimmerpost about retrofitting projector puddle lights on older BMW models (all third party / EBay because there never were any OEM with images or logos) that faded/blurred/degraded as though the image mask somehow degrades or “burns” away. I’ve been leery of these after reading about that, but maybe it was just some extra cheap ones that don’t hold up.

On my 2021 Turbo S, ambient lights were a paid option (my cup holders light up, and I have neodyme). The puddle door lights projecting “Porsche” on the ground was a separate paid option as well.

These are built very solid, super bright, and sharp. I bought a set of 2 to try then got another set.

I don't remember selecting any specific ambient light package - unless it came with the premium package?

I could be wrong, but I vaguely recall ambient lighting being standard in the US 2021. I think I remember commenting about it here at the time; but I can’t find that now.

I can tell you I have it, but it’s not on my listed options.
