2022 Taycan 4s part information and function help!!

Hey folks,

My 5 year old was playing our 2022 taycan 4s around the driver race and gas pedal area. I found this part on the ground after he got done playing, attached picture. Can someone tell me where this goes and what is the function/purpose of it? or Any documentation I can find on it.

I don’t know, however I don’t understand how you got a part manufactured ? in September of 2022…

Looking at the part number – its definitely a light– and originally an Audi part.

I'd guess its the footwell ambient light and fits in somewhere near the OBD diagnostic port.

It looks like it could be the footwell led light? He has probably just pulled it off. You should see the hole and the wire connector when you look underneath. Simple connect and press the light unit back into place hopefully.

Thanks it was the light and it went under the steering area on the driver site.
