got a 911 convertible as a loaner so no complaints from me!
Nice loaner you got there. I've only received the base Macan as a loaner and they are terrible. No offense to anyone that owns one though...

Yeah, probably at the end of older posts. The ARB6 update has been rolling out OTA for over a month now at least. My update appeared about a week or two ago and installed without issue.
Does the OTA software update correct the issue as identified in the recall notice we all got? It took 3 days, but after multiple attempts, I finally got my 4S to successfully download and install the update. I have nevertheless scheduled a visit to Porsche Marin for next week in any case to address this recall notice.

The software update is really just better monitoring of the battery and it impacts how the car responds to the condition of the battery. You shouldn't notice anything different about your car unless it detects a battery problem.

I think WRS0 is the campaign number and ARA4/ARB6/ARB7 are work orders.
Something like that.
My understanding:
W is workshop campaign.
A is the recall ID e.g. where a safety regulator has required action.
Cars could move from WRS0/ARB7 to WRS1/ARB6 if the criteria for remote analysis were no longer satisfied- e.g. infrequent use and/or short journeys, but not from 6 to 7.
If you’ve not yet had a notice or a OTA update, ask your dealer.
I notice both @bastiaan and @Dee are in the Netherlands - maybe there’s a different schedule there. Have others in the Netherlands had the OTA update?

This might be a daft question (I'm a new owner!) but is there a way to check what recalls have been done to our cars and which ones may be outstanding? Maybe by VIN number, or something?
UK - Outstanding ones only show here
https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/
And/Or
https://recall.porsche.com/prod/pag/vinrecalllookup_V3.nsf/VIN?ReadForm&c=greatbritain
These are not always reliable.
Your dealer can tell you the completed recall history and other previous work completed - from PCSS. That’s also the authoritative source for open recalls.

That 911 cabriolet ......... makes me want to swap
Now that I've been driving that car for a few days, I'm far from impressed TBH...

Had a loaner for two months (992 C4S) and I wasn't impressed either.
Actually, it felt outdated, feeling the gearshifts, vibrations, lack of torque, noisy (I think I've overgrown the need to hear the engine), not that much room, etc.
Set my personal best to 305 kph though.
I was glad I had my Taycan Turbo S back.

I also had a basic Macan EV as a loan car and was of the same opinion.
For a car priced around the same as a base Taycan, it was very poor value. Ordinary, generic soulless stying. Hard plastic interior. Lumpy ride. I drove it home then didn’t use it again.
