Yes, same for me in Europe. Let's see what breaks tomorrow...

As a sidenote, how do you pay for the charges via the "charging na" app? a monthly bill on the connected credit card?
I haven't had the pleasure of paying for charges above the included free charging. It is my understanding that such charges would be applied to the attached card. You would see an invoice on your Porsche Connected Store as appropriate.

It looks like the issue has been resolved. I was able to login on the Charging NA app on both iOS and Android devices. Finally !
You are correct. Same for me now. Both Connect and the Charging app works.
Crazy faults

It looks like the US version "Charging NA" is also broken as you describe. Fortunately plug-and-charge works for me and I haven't needed this app since I turned it on.

It's a real problem for folks without plug-and-charge though.
are you aware that there are some EA chargers that are not plug and charge compatible?

mine is also my20 and seems to have P&C on. Have you checked the "charging" app under my vehicles - does it say P&C enabled? I posted a screenshot in the separate EA thread.

Same here, but I believe that the Plug and Charge function only works for MY21! No update or upgrade for MY20 as far as I know. We can still hope, but I doubt it will ever happen. Porsche has the mindset of the legacy car manufacturers , that every model year needs to be different by a little. To encourage you to change.

What is the black RFID Card? Not sure I got one. Maybe the US cars do not get it?

Its a European Porsche Charging Service thing – that makes using the app optional. Its the main way I charge as I don't have Plug & Charge with the 22kW AC charger installed (MY21 limitation).

That's a cool looking card. I kinda want one. Not sure it's useful in the US. I want it anyway.

Yes it states P&C enabled in the app.

For some reason or other that app shows my range in miles, which I can not find a way to change.
No idea where that range figure comes from either if it really is connected anywhere.

My car is at the workshop now for range check, and they seem to have charge it to 100% for some reason and it only shows 313 km?

so P&C is enabled but never worked for either of us…
on miles vs km, my guess is that you might have to change it in the web portal and / or in the connect app (but the latter for you shows km so that’s already ok)

your total 313 km range for 100% does not surprise me I have a very similar value. Could be all the estimation factors, temp, tires, driving style etc.?
why can ”electric range” be modified with a slider, what’s the point?
