Update: last evening we charged it on the passenger side (first time) instead of the driver side, and it charged to 100% without an issue. Next time we charge it, I'll try it on the passenger side again and see if we avoid the charging error.
EV's shoudl be charged to 80 or 85% for daily use - and 100% prior to road trips - it's better for the battery's longevity - 100% daily is typically un-necessary - but use the vehicle as you see fit.

this is interesting data - and if the results "repeat" themselves - this sort of diagnostic will assist the dealership with their investigation.

Sometime back, someone mentioned making sure the cable was fully uncoiled to stop overheating.

I used my porsche charge for first time yesterday (after 5 months). It worked but did throw out a aircon failure warning from the app - not that there seemed to be a problem.

Hmm interesting. So either the weather / heat was less and the PMCC / PMC+ didn't object OR you have a pending fault on the driver's side charging port (I had this a year ago which required a replacement).
