Where did the 80% number come from? Is there an official recommendation from Porsche anywhere?

In (paper based) manual, there is 85%, but later on, it's been discussed several times, that they changed to 80%. Maybe that comes from online manual, i couldn't recall right now. Probably @W1NGE knows?
