Porsche Taycan Charging Station Goes Boom - EV won’t work… Charging Station Goes Boom, EV Won't Work What Happens Next

Just read this article from Car and Driver. It appears that EA will sometimes generate a fault in a charging vehicle, causing it to need repair to reset an internal circuit breaker that protects the high voltage battery. There are three cases mentioned, two of which involved vehicle repair (Ford F150 Lightning, and Rivian R1T), and another which totaled a Chevy Bolt.

Has anyone on the forum experienced anything like this?

Thanks. I hadn’t seen that and was curious if this might have happened to a Taycan as well.
Not that I've heard.

No issues recorded so far on Tesla SuC, either your side of the pond or ours, which have been opened up.

There have however been several accounts from folks with Honda e's that have suffered CCS2 charging system faults / failures when using the publicly opened Tesla system here.
