CPO from an out of state dealer. Are there any protections if the car is a lemon?

Been eyeing some CPO Taycans with low miles. It makes me wonder if the low miles were because the Taycan's were in the shop often and not being driven.

So I am located in California and I know that if I purchased a CPO from a California dealership I would still have some laws protecting me if the car is a lemon.

My question is if the car is purchased in another state are the laws still in effect? If not then would disputing with Porsche be the only recourse?

Also with a CPO you only get two more years of warranty beyond the original warranty of 4yrs, correct? So any model year 2020 will essentially get two years of warranty?

Thanks if anyone can answer my questions.

CPO = CERTIFIED PRE OWNED, certified is the operative word.

Just make sure we are talking Porsche CPO from a Porsche dealer. Otherwise it’s just a used car with some degree of a warranty.

Porsche CPO is low risk regardless of what state you buy from.
