If the allocation previously had your build on it and you were seeing it in TYD, then their answer is BS, either totally or partially. I say partially because it could have been that your now departed SA built your order on an allocation that was reserved previously by another SA who just failed to submit the build into the system or used the wrong allocation number. It’s either that or they’re flat lying to you. Probably not much you can do about it though. Shit happens.

You are being lied to by your dealer. Porsche does NOT change dealer and customer orders, other than adjusting YOUR order due to parts and option changes. The dealer swapped your car to the other buyer. And contrary to what others “feel”, PCNA cannot and does not control this or other dealers in this way. As I said in the beginning, meet in person with the GM and if your allocation isn’t resolved, utilize EVERY online rating tool available to you. Good luck.
