Any ideas that don’t involved replacing the whole bumper for $4K?

Porsche sells Color specific touch up paint in what looks like a nail polish flask with a little brush. Get one from the dealer, clean and sand with v fine sand paper and apply the touch up paint. It should be invisible from 3 feet away once it is done.

Smart repair from any good bodyshop shouldn’t be more than £300-500$ and totally invisible! Get some quotes done

Dr Colorchip. Easiest to apply paint chip filler and probably will work on those scratches.

You should have mobile repair companies which will come and fix it. They can do a good job especially on that type of scratch. Just google it.
You should be able to find a good mobile bumper repair service. I had a similar issue on my 911 and it was repaired in about two hours and you would never know there was an issue. Something hit my lower bumper on my Taycan and the same company is going to repair it for $350.00. Unfortunately he is busy until the middle of February. I am in Los Angeles, from your profile I see you are in San Francisco-otherwise I would give you the name of my guy. Check Yelp-believe it or not it is a good source for leads unless you know someone.

Does that work on a scratch this large?
I’ve used it on scratches. You just have to be patient. The good thing is that if it doesn’t take, it doesn’t leave any paint behind. You’re left with the same as it is today, and you can still take it to a paint repair place that others recommend.

If you’re not comfortable or experienced doing a touch up job like this, pay a detailer to do it. They’re going to do an amazing job. No respray required. Plus, no Carfax entry from a body shop that may raise an eyebrow down the line.

Leaving damage/road rash like this is ALWAYS better than a half ass repair job. If your self-repair will be half-ass, don’t do it.
