I think they are aware of it as I put a ticket in last week and got this reply:

Porsche AG have made us aware of an issue impacting the performance of a number of customer’s MyPorsche app. We are currently awaiting their investigation into this and therefore any feedback that we are able to provide you.

We have raised a case here to document that you are affected by this, in order for us to be able to contact you once an update is received.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused at present.


I bet they are switching the plug on the big computer off and back on again.

Me too. I thought it was because the car hadn't been used for a couple of weeks.

App is telling me there may be a problem with the car's wifi connection due to an iPhone update. As far as i was aware, the car didn't connect to wifi.

Yes, the older app won’t even let me log in. I get a message stating that there’s no car in my profile….
Same here. No access. Must be a system issue. I can reach it thru myporsche deck top though

Same here. No access. Must be a system issue. I can reach it thru myporsche deck top though

Noticed this last night while we were out and I went to pre-cool the car. Still not working this morning. So they have dorked something. Maybe we were supposed to be all upgraded yesterday to the new software at once.

Same here. Deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Logged out and back in at the PCM but no luck.
