I have communicated with Porsche Connect multiple times on this.....and even sent them links to similar discussions on the other Taycan forum.
Definitely are software issues here....Charging America app communicating with E.America system and it communicating with PCNA-Connect.
I have yet to have a successful E.America charge.
Having said that....E.America 800# people are always helpful......eventually just giving the charge for free.
But.....that 20- minute-charge becomes over an hour 'process'.....siting outside my local Walmart.

We drove part of this stretch over the weekend. Not every station was closed. Some had part of the chargers turned off and some stations had reduced the 350kw stations down to 50kw. We also landed at one location that stated they only had 50kw stations but found working 350kw options. It was a mixed bag.
