If I may ask, which Porsche Centrum will you be going to? I'm trying to figure out which centers already know about the issue

There is no single issue you can really pin it to, for me it is random. I have had Trips where it was working on one day while having problems on another day.

Yesterday I did a few short drives (20-35miles) to various cities in close range (Frankfurt, Mainz, Darmstadt). The satnav behave quite differently, First Drive to Frankfurt was ok, nothing whatsoever, the 2nd Drive to Mainz a nightmare, multiple delays and crashes, I managed to drive wrong a few times. Luckily I had enough time to get to my destination. My 3rd drive back to Darmstadt was the same, but I knew that Route so I could compensate. I just noticed that it did Not Show occupancy of charging stations, something which I noticed on the weekend as well but thought it might just be a connectivity glitch.

Overall on the 2nd trip I was quite stressed out because of this. It is now at least 3 months since the satnav is no longer reliable and I find it hard that there is no Progress.

For me it’s been more than 1000km and it’s still working; and since, as far as I know, all I got was ECU updates , I assume that’s what fixed it.

I did get 2 cameras not working briefly, but they seem to have sorted themselves out.

Rotterdam and they told me there are 2 recalls for my vehicle.
Beginning of the 2025, I went there for ARB6 too.
Not sure what are the new 2 recalls

Headlight SW fix, forgot about the other one. Recalls are unrelated :(

I would still suggest you guys ask for all of your ECUs to be updated.

I suspect my car went though the workshop campaign WMH0, which is specifically about updating all ECUs. And that fixed it for me, and has been fixed for well over 1000km driven/tested on roads on which it would not work before.

I don't see any reason for which this campaign covers only 2020 and 2021 cars, as I have had updates since 2021 done to my car and there's no way my software would have been older than a 2022 car or a 2023 car.

Thanks Chun, I’ve just asked my dealer if that campaign would be possible for my MY23 and else if they could update the - in their eyes - relevant ECU’s. Fingers crossed.

I’m also a PC Rotterdam client, I’ve been busy but will try to get round to contacting them about this extremely irritating issue. I also noticed today, driving from delft to Utrecht that the PCM was weirdly slow. Before it locked up. And then crashed.

Rather weirdly, the navigation was perfect on the way home again.

The kids enjoyed Lego world though so that’s ok :)

I have had to send the car back twice to try and sort my navigation issues out. They have finally managed to fix it after starting a ticket with Porsche and following their instruction. It has now for the last couple of weeks performed perfectly with no glitches. Not sure exactly what software they updated but it took a couple of days. The form that came back is attached.

Happy for you, I did not hear anything yet from my dealer. It is driving me crazy. Glad they fixed it

I have all of the above issues with the navigator hanging and being extremely slow for some time now. Yesterday and today I also experienced a new issue when navigating on a longer road trip of about 900 km. The PCM plans and navigates to Ionity chargers, that have been in place since 2020. So no new chargers or location. However I noticed that the navigator stated I had 1minute to drive to the charger but the distance was 0m! So I was in place and charged.

The battery had been preheated to about 40 C. And the weather was absolutely terrible, very high winds with gusts up to 120 km/h, squalls of rain and very wet .speed was restricted as visibilty was very bad. So we never switched the car off or exited and locked the car, just sat there waiting. The first leg had consumed 28 kWh/100 km for about 150 km. The second leg after the charging stop consumed closer to 30 kWh/100 km and it looked like the preheating had not stopped at all. The battery temp was over 43 C for the leg see below.

It looked as the PCM was overloaded and did something else. It did not react to deleting the nextwaypoint. The instructions in the right tube froze constantly and did not react for over 8 km at 130 km/h driving ! I did Not get any advice to take the exit,on screen or verbally ( they were all well signposted so no issue). And then suddenly PCM came back in action. Seems like the processor is out of power or gets into a loop.

Most of my problems have started getting really bad after the recallto get the new battery surveillance SW installed??

Any one else experience these issues?

Welcome to the Club ! My car is currently in service and hope to get it back next week without those issues.
