Hi guys,
Hope everyone is safe and well.
My Turbo S (2021) was recalled for a routine software update a few weeks ago, and when they returned the car tommrI noticed that my profile as a user had been removed from the PCM.
In other words, I can no longer connect to the car using Porsche Connect App and I cannot update anything as I get a message saying “agreement of the main user is required”.
I’ve tried everything from connecting/disconnecting phone, resetting system etc and nothing works.
Any idea how to resolve this?
If I can’t solve it by this weekend I’ll head to the service center.
