How to set a profile/timer to start charging to a defined target immediately

This timer/profile way of configuring charging is rather confusing.
Does anybody know how I can make a timer or profile that I can enable manually to let the car start charging immediately to a given target percentage ?
Without setting a target timer. Just a target percentage to be reached asap.

Set up a profile and set the minimum charge to your desired level.

Excuse my ignorance but where do you set up a profile? It seems every time I charge my car at home I forget and I end up charging it to 100%. Luckily it's only happened twice .
