Yes, it’s not like in the late 90s, the blue bits do not light up.Seriously?
That is crazy. I thought the LEDs were tinted blue. So glad I didn't waste money on this option.Hi,
just blue plastic bits I am afraid
uh, its not at all this...its the lens of the 4 jewel lights surrounding the beam. The lens has a blue hue to it, that really you can only see when the light itself is off. It has nothing to do with the housing. No it’s just a housing that is colored with either Black or Blue but it has zero extra functionality. It’s a silly option on the Taycan since the housing is pretty hidden. In the 911 lights you can really tell the difference with black for example (blue is not available in the 911) per my turbo s versus my buddies GTS.
I think it adds character to my black Taycan. I love the blue tint.uh, its not at all this...its the lens of the 4 jewel lights surrounding the beam. The lens has a blue hue to it, that really you can only see when the light itself is off. It has nothing to do with the housing.
Is the difference your showing in the housings there more of a generation thing? Every 992 I’ve seen has black housings. Standard lights have black housing in the configurator. No it’s just a housing that is colored with either Black or Blue but it has zero extra functionality. But when the headlight is on, is the light actually tinted blue? Or you can only see the blue when the light is off?I think it adds character to my black Taycan. I love the blue tint.
