Battery Plus is a larger capacity battery that improves range and performance.

The heat pump will warm the batteries to improve efficiency.

that’s like checking if your car has a twin-scroll turbo - how do you know with out tearing it apart.

the battery is the easiest - range reported on the main dash at 80% charge should be 240 miles or more - if it’s charged to 80% or more and range is reported in the low 200’s you have the smaller battery (most likely)

the heat pump is an internal thing and you’d have to tear the vehicle apart to find it - I’d suggest Porsche is not going to rip you off and if you ordered a heat pump you’ll get a heat pump.
