Seems used/refurb 16-07-20 seems the date.
probably refurb looking at the pencil blue dot (they often use those kind of markings for testing)
which is not necessarily a bad thing.

Google the part number and you'll see that these modules are readily available for around 1000 euro's, new. The part revision number .C suggests that newer modules do exist, but I'm just guessing here, maybe its best to have a module of the same production date to work with the rest of the pack?

It is reassuring to see that they can relatively easy replace HV battery modules. And that these modules are not very expensive.
I am curious about the time it takes to replace this.

If it is like one week of labour + 1000 euro for the battery module, fixing the HV battery shouldn't be more expensive than typical ICE issues like broken gearbox or oil leakage.

After the battery died, the SoH was 93.6%. This always seemed to me a bit low considering my climate, charging and use profile.

Porsche Taycan HV Battery trouble? 1683375631249

Today I used the battery scanner app. Interestingly enough, the SoC is much much higher at 99.8%! This is suspiciously high, after all only one module was replaced.

I am charging full tonight. Need to see how much kWh went in and what the expected range will be.

If battery is like new, maybe I hang on to the car for a little longer...

As per previous post, even if refurbished, seems to work well so far. It also would make sense, since it was fixed on warranty, and Porsche has a profit target...

Refurb should work as good, as it passed QA testing.
