Now the AC isn’t working & won’t be seen until Monday. So all you who think Porsche is the holy grail take note. What’s your excuse now? The A/C! On Taycan, Really!

I had the same thing with the heat pump in my model Y. It turned out that Tesla had a batch of bad temperature sensors and most cars built when mine was needed to have the sensor replaced. But I had this in the winter when driving back from a 90 mile trip. The only thing which saved us were the heated seats.

Well I’m not so impressed w/ Porsche 5k miles and A/C is not working, If they have my car for 30 days because of this, MD Lemon Law comes into play because it’s less than 18k miles, I can return the car by law. If Porsche would’ve shown some concern or made any effort to be somewhat interested in communicating and accommodating a customer of its product I would’ve considered keeping the car.

I say it’s user error.
Lol, you would say that. It can’t be low voltage issue other had can it or perhaps the O ring. Just got the car back Saturday no change were made via PCM on my part so perhaps it’s just the product.

Last year some Taycans had A/C issues caused by low refrigerant levels. It was a simple fix.

Looks like it’s high Voltage pump that’s runs off main battery has failed

Another one with AC hot air issue with brand new Taycan 4s. Apparently a sensor that needs to come from Germany and could take “weeks” to resolve. Had Taycan 1.5 months and only 1500 miles. No loaners available and was dropped off at Enterprise car rental and offered a Kia subcompact or minivan. Porsche North America was useless and downright rude. My fifth Porsche and unfortunately based on customer service experience likely my last. Pains me to say that as I love the Taycan. Porsche North America needs a house cleaning in short order. Turned a Porsche diehard into a skeptic with this experience.
