Has anyone recently leased a 4s or GTS in the US? and if so, can you report on the residual value (at the end of 3 years or if a different timeline, please indicate it)?

Thanks,

Porsche doesn't want to lease cars.

Residual for both 2023 4s and GTS are 51%, buy rate on MF .0033 (7.92% apr)

Based on 36/12k
Add 1% on the RV for 10k miles

You are better off buying the Taycan. Don't forget the MRM Porsche has as well

Mr Smith: thank you! Indeed, that residual seems low.

QUESTION: If you were estimating solely for your own financial planning purposes, what residual would you apply to a GTS at 36/10k?

Thanks!

Because I keep track of wholesale numbers, I would say 61%
Problem is the MF and you don't get the $7500 cap reduction anymore

Also I would watch the options list. I would focus on the most desirable ones for the secondary market when reselling.

The entire VW family is getting very cautious when it comes to leasing right now.
Between rates and plunging used car values, they are being risk adverse

Understood. 61% is a pretty good residual. My options package is large, but I think most of them are desirable. Can you send me your thoughts on my options? Here's the list:

Options ones good value:

--Rear Axle Steering
--Premium Package
--Thermally & Noise Insulated Glass
--Technology Package
--Panoramic Roof with Variable Light Control
--Power Charge Port Cover
--20" Taycan Turbo Aero Wheels
--Heated Seats (Rear)
--Rear 2+1 Seats
--Advanced 4-Zone Climate Control
--Mobile Charger Connect
--Porsche InnoDrive incl. Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Active Lane
--Power Seats (14-way) with Memory Package
--Porsche Intelligent Range Manager

Personal ones I selected for me with dubious value:

--Neptune Blue
--Olea Club Leather Interior in Basalt Black
--19.2 kW On-Board Charger
--On-Board 150 kW/400V DC Charger
--Ski Bag

What is the MSRP on this build? They have an MRM on their leases

MRM is $152k so you need to put $11,430 out of your pocket on top of your drive off and down payment

If you can, avoid leasing a Taycan. I had to lease so I got the RS E-Tron GT which is a much better lease program with no MRM.
Even with a $50k makeup, younadd that to the lease

Leasing a car can be smart, but knowing what you're getting into is important. I haven't leased a 4S or GTS recently, but it's always a good idea to consult with a financial advisor to get the lowdown on what to expect.
You might want to check out some of the leasing deals offered by Mortgage Advice Harrogate. They're experts in the car leasing game and can give you the scoop on what to expect in terms of residual value after three years or whatever timeline you're looking at.
Just remember, leasing has pros and cons, so make sure you understand all the details before you sign on the dotted line.

Hey! I leased a GTS last year, and at the 3-year mark, the residual was solid. I still had that sweet Porsche vibe intact.
I kept it smooth and clean and didn't go overboard on the miles, which helped. Residuals like that cool surprise at the end - it felt like I had a head start on my next adventure. If you aren't sure you want to do this, I suggest getting professional advice (from Mortgage Broker in Oldham, for example). I hope that helps.

36/10k lease on a GTS is 51% RV, 8.64% APR. This a not good.
TTS is 44% RV is which terrible
