Locked User Profile

Sorry to resurrect a perennial post/problem-but is anybody else having the issue that they can’t log onto their profile - mine is greyed out…
Can only log in as guest and the connect app won’t connect to the car…
when log in as guest it asks to deactivate he private mode, so assume my profile is locked as private?? OPC doesn’t know…

Is your telematics data stale (on the Porsche website - is your mileage and state of charge out of date)? If so, have your dealer check for a faulty OTA module.

Additionally, lock the car and leave for a couple of hours / overnight as it might resolve itself. OTA module seems likely though I've had the same issue which has sorted itself out without replacing my OTA module.

Thanks both. Had the recall done last week and it was fine up until yesterday morning and has yet to resolve itself. My connect app hasn’t refreshed and neither has the data on the my Porsche website….

have it booked in at the OPC but ‘they’ve not heard of this before’ BS!

also my sports chrono wheel buzzes like w fecking angry bee!
