Manual charging port shown open but it's not

Last night I've been charging at 22 kW AC in a parking lot and this morning I was faced with this error. Left charge port open but it's physically closed. All in all, I've been able to charge at the left port but if I wanted a DC charge, no more of that because it's shown red (obviously). Has anyone had this before? What did you do?

What I tried to do: push it harder, compressed air into the mechanism, prayed. Nothing worked.
