The problem won't be at the hotel, it will be the next day in the morning.
From the screenshot, there is a stop at Ionity Langres with only 6 stations and everybody coming from UK, Belgium and Netherlands wanted to also charge there.
And afterwards, I assume it's the Ionity Valleiry with only 4 stations that is quite busy as well.

BTW, there is no chance for me in my CT4S from 2022 to reach Valleiry from Langres which is 294 km/ 182 Miles unless I charge to 100 % and drive slow.
Book a hotel with a charger, is what I was meaning.

Then you don't need Ionity immediately after.

Sorry if I upset any Taycan owners!

I’ve made the switch from a M3 Tourer to a 2025 4sCT for financial reasons as the incentive in the UK is still attractive if you own your own company, and that’s where it stops.

I miss the M3 for many reasons but the main reason is the blatant lie regarding claimed miles on a full charge, I’m now some 4000 miles in so believe it to be run in, I’m also aware it’s winter here but the drop off is nuts! Claimed 370 real world 270 and that’s me trying yo get the best out of it!

Im off to France next week in it with a family 5 fully loaded with ski gear, god knows what I’ll be getting?!

Off to Avoriz again in Easter I wonder what I’ll be in?!

I have a 2025 CT4s as well. took delivery in June or thereabouts and enjoyed up to about 550kms on a full charge. Winter in Toronto is a different story with average temperatures below 0 celsius. I can expect about 350 kms on a full charge at this point.

270 is extremely good for winter. I wouldn’t really count on 370 in the summer it will most likely end up in the 340 range. Still a lot of range for an electric vehicle.
Especially a high performance vehicle

This really shouldn't have come as a surprise. Typically with EVs you are looking at 70% of claimed range, my Tesla M3P did about 200, claimed 300+. Some of the more modern cars improve on this to around 80-85% from the reviews I've watched but I find range isn't much of an issue at the 200 mark. I'm either stopping for a break anyway or 99.9% of the time I charge at home.

You'll be fine going to France I reckon, like anything, just prepare a bit. Plan your route, look for the fastest most reliable chargers and you'll be good. If you can combine it with some sight seeing, all the better. I did a trip to Ireland in my i-pace when the charging infrastructure wasn't so great and managed fine. A good destination charger for somewhere you are stopping for ages is also a good shout, I did this at the giants causeway.
