My Porsche App - Porsche Server Down ? (UK) any one else having issues connecting today /sending destinations etc.
Looks like it is a large problem. I do not have Porsche Connect app and can not see my car in MyPorsche either.

Not sure how this will work out when I need to charge later today on my trip . My charging card normally does not work, but the app has started the charging session.
we shall see?

Web version is up to a degree but services are being migrated to My Porsche.

Couldn't sleep last night and was awake at 4.30am (UK time) and it was down then.

Same in Norway. App stops at "Loading vehicles". If you wait long enough it'll go through but no new data. In fact it has old data as it shows 59% left despite it being 32% (app even had this data all Christmas -- must have done a rollback)

Same here in Finland, no Range, no percentage of battery, no trip data.

Plug n charge did not work. Just kept loading. Had to break out the Taycan charging card.

Porsche Connect connectivity has been down for over 12 hours for me here on the US East coast. Seems like it’s down for everybody regardless of location.

Back up for me too.

Assume it might be maintenance (not that I know anything about these things).
Overnight on Christmas Day / Boxing Day is probably a good time to do it.

Maybe they have improved something!!

It loads the vehicle, but it's not fetching any data. So like any other day then. ?

It was / is maintenance - I posted a screenshot earlier today indicating Connect services were down due to ongoing migration work to the new My Porsche App platform.

Plan upgrades like this in business and you’d be fired for abysmal communication and complete disregard for potential impacts to users / customers.

We should expect nothing less from Porsche!

I don't know if it is related, but I have been trying to download Porsche Good to Know app to an Android tablet here in US. After hours, it says it is only 15% complete. Connection speed for tablet is good. Other apps download at normal speeds.
