MY Porsche Connect down again

Hi all,
Have been unable to remotely connect with my Taycan CT4S since Wednesday 21st, unable to set timers/profiles, no update to charge status, no remote climate etc. Having spoken to Porsche UK they say there is an active issue in work.

Anyone else experiencing the same in the UK ?

In my 5 weeks of ownership- it’s worked seamlessly. Only little hiccup was privacy mode kicked it but sorted that out with logging in online and confirming non privacy on the website and all sorted.

just picked up my car this afternoon and the app just hasn't been able to connect to the car.. been scratching my head to as why but an issue on Porsche's end might explain it

Speaking to Porsche too and said there's a high severe issue impacting some models on-going.

The chap said it's been on-going since Wednesday. Also impacts remote access and told to keep trying over the weekend!


odd how it's being selective!

edit: did also say as the issues are impacting 'remote access authorisation' that might explain why people's who's app is already connected works.. and new connections are not...

not great after 3 hours of ownership :D

The apps just window dressing…… most importantly hope your enjoying your new Taycan

Nope, still no connection. Need to book the car into the dealer tomorrow 🤷‍♂️

got mine working this morning. The chap at Porsche told me to do a factory reset on the PCM in the setting > system option. After that I had to log back in to my Porsche account on the PCM and then the mobile app woke up!

Hopefully that continues to work!

I still get the grey spinning circle a fist bit but all the remote features seem ok and I can actually see the SoC etc now.
