I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue and if they know of a resolution (PNA had me reset the PCM, logout and back in, and have no answers).

On the PCM it says I am the main user with remote access but when I open the app it says no remote access. Hoping someone has a solution. Any input would be much appreciated.

Check you don't have it in privacy mode?

Good spot. Also, try checking if you have access via the myporsche website (rather than the app).
Good idea! I just tried and it is telling me to activate remote services by logging in via the PCM

You might have get PNA to raise a ticket with the technical team in Germany. Sometimes, things like this need manual intervention. In my case it was required because there is a bug if you've ever had two Taycan's registered to your My Porsche account at the same time!

It is worth checking what the signal strength is on the LTE/4G connection – which you can get by going into Device Manager – hitting the 3 dots menu (...) and then choosing embedded SIM option.

Also try the two-finger reset (it sometimes is what the PCM needs!).

Oh that's a good find @Icey4s on the web page. This might be a timing thing – since you just re-logged in – it might take a while to sync to Porsche services.

I'd give the PCM a 2-finger reset – it can't do any harm.

If not, at least you have something clear saying you don't have remote access yet – support should be able to move on that.

Thank you! I did have my old Taycan 4s registered to this account as well. Sounds like it may be the same issue you're talking about.

In my case it wasn't remote access that was the issue – it was activating a FoD (active lane keeping). But it raises its head in all sorts of ways.

Perhaps a long shot but on the My Porsche website go to the Connect Store and click on "active services". There you will see the status of Porsche Connect. Possible the date has expired based on your old 4S.

Too many to list. Includes a MY23 Taycan RWD

I had that during collection. Just try to add your user again to the car with the qr code. It will violently complain that user is already setup and bam, instantly connected and made all options available. Seemed it only needed a "push" to properly pair the car to the system.

Thank you! I will try this later tonight.
