All OK here (currently, but now probably jinxed it).

What do you see when you log into My Porsche (web site) - the same out of date data?

In 12 months I've had sporadic random Porsche Connect issues (all of the ones mentioned above) but none lasted more than a day.

Feels like some back office IT work is ongoing (incognito, not communicated to the poor folk that we all call up and rant at) such as upgrades / patching. This may be done an a per country basis and so will potentially impact us all at some point.
Yes the same old data. Both in the Connect app but also by logging in to myPorsche on the web?

I had this problem before our trip in August and they changed a lot of communication modules in the car. One of them for the third time. LTE module, Gateway Module, Connection module etc.

This is now the third or fourth time I have been without contact with the car over 18 months. Irritating and frustrating on such an expensive car.

Still down here. I’m afraid to log out of the PCM since others say I won’t be able to log back in and then I would be stuck in guest mode. Ugh so frustrating.

Have you tried the switching key trick - each key with a different Porsche ID? Sometimes this can kickstart things (worked for me once).

Thanks. Will try that but unfortunately both keys are linked to the same Porsche ID. My wife barely drives it and just uses my profile with her seat saved in one of the memory settings.

No contact with the servers since 10th of November. Has nothing to do with what/when/where you charged last or similar circumstances. Lots of Taycan-owners here in Norway with same problem - so I'm hazarding a guess that this is world wide. Just keep calm and wait it out - the German engineers will eventually sort it out....

I guess you are right. But it is terrible with the absolute radio silence from Porsche. Even if you try to call smart mobility and Porsche service they have no idea on what to do. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with them and they asked me to try to lock, unlock etc etc and still nothing. I would have hoped that they at least would be informed about any outage or problem though. But nothing, Nada, Rien.

Yes. Same same. my LTE signal is full (tried in 2 countries, it even roams to different providers).
All I did additionally (listening to the silly advice of the dealer's rep) was to delete my PCM profile sitting in the car - it only deleted it on the PCM, as servers are down. But clearly now I can only log in as a guest...

Is there any way you think we could have a ticket issued to the "right" technicians (vs. the utterly useless Connect call center and the clueless dealers)?

I have the same problems since Tuesday this week. I have LTE, can play internet radio, Apple Music and all the Connect services seem to be listed. I have the LTE signal visible as well. All seems to be working but the car is not connecting with the servers. Here is a screen shot about the last synchronisation the car has performed. And it has been driven for about 250 km in very good coverage.

You can also see the built in SIMs status. Go to Settings>Phone>Options>Data connections settings. There you can see the network the car is using as well as the signal strength.

So all points to the fact that the servers are down or the connection module in the car has stopped working. But it would be surprising, since so many people have the same issue.

Yes, don't log out. Or you lose all settings linked to your profile and you won't be able to log back in. I'm stuck with "guest" until they sort it out...

Update. I just did a 20 minute drive using the other key and all is right with the app again. I’m connected. Don’t know if it was the drive or the key that did it but the total downtime was about 23 hours.

Just tried this (using other key fob) and it solved the problem.

Everything on the car specifically is working for me, but the app is definitely broken. I rarely use the app as it is, but I tried to preheat/precool this morning since it is cold AF and it shows disconnected and says "Charging error" for my car. The funny thing is that there's been no actual charging error and the car wasn't even charging and hasn't for quite a bit. The app is definitely having issues within the Porsche infrastructure. This is likely not a car specific issue and more of their backend issues.

Does My Porsche (website) report the same as the Porsche Connect App?
