Great road trip you did!

Happened to me in the first day I picked up my Taycan, due to construction works on the highway entrance at Ionity was closed and arrived at next 350kw charging station with 4% battery in range mode. If broken I would have slept in the car charging at a 22kw, haha

On my return trip from a second home which is 170 miles away I decided to test the high-speed charging so I disabled battery friendly and pulled in at 32% which I would have thought was way too high to start a good charging session. to my surprise it ramped up to 250 kW within 10 seconds and then got to 270 kW as reported by the charger within two minutes.

A three-year-old Taycan with 75,800 miles on her is still a beast. Charged 32-57% in 5min and was on my way.
