Porsche Connect services and store down?

Connect services have stopped working for me and the Connect store is not responding either. Anyone else in the UK seeing this?

Yes, same here and really annoying as just got back home with 10% charge and with the app not working will get charged peak rate to re charge the bloody battery.

Sorry to hear that. I have abandoned "intelligent" charging and reverted to using the timer in my Podpoint app.

yeah, would if I could, can’t as on OVO charge anytime. Brilliant cheap tariff, if Porsche don’t F£&k it up ( servers down or my cars LTE going missing for a week at a time!)

I’ve just sent a complaint to the smart mobility Porsche email that’s been posted here previously. Maybe worth doing that. Might do something if people keep complaining.

Same issues here (Cleveland, Ohio USA) -- seems to be down across the board. Interestingly same time that went down, my friend said his Tesla went offline. But the Tesla server works ok -- so it could be LTE/Data? But prob back end server. Wonder if AWS hosts both Tesla and Porsche, or if just a coincidence (or my friend is isolated Tesla issue)

Well, I just had my OTA module replaced after 3 years of intermittent data connection issues. The dealer really didn't want to do it, but I persuaded them.
