My error code was related to 1ZP which is the PSCB brakes. My build is still on for January 15 but no guarantee. I don't know how others are getting their dealerships telling them they are only behind a week when I was told all December allocations were on hold until early January.
I agree this is weird... my order is very similar to yours timing-wise, and based on your experience I was surprised when my SA told me there wasn't a big delay.

I kept the brakes and my V260 went to 1/15 from 11/27. Let's hope the brakes are available for my January build.
When did your order go in, I bet before the issue with the brakes. I think my problem is that I did my order when the problem with the brakes was "already processed" and thus, the second it saw that, it threw out the error code.

If you had the brakes before the shortage went into effect, they are probably working with you a lot more even though we both have a December build date.

My issue happened when I finalized my order on 11/5 and I guess my dealer didn't switch my wheels from Taycan Exclusive to Mission E until that day and when he did he got the 1ZP stop order this he had to move me to a January build to avoid the issue. I am not 100% sure that the 1/15 date will stick but he said PNA was aware of the issue and the moving of the order and he was confident that the order would be filled or they would not have let him put in the current commission number. Let's hope he is right as waiting is the worse part.
Porsche doesn't communicate that great with their dealers when it comes to issues like this as a heads up that the 1ZP would be an issue would have been nice to know.

Got it. My dealer said, and who know who is correct, that anything now, including January, is going to be delayed.

Who knows?

Are you saying, you have a January build now, with the brakes and no error code but V210?

Here is my "Expected: dates:

V200 Delivery date determined 11/09/2020
**(this was after the November build date of 11/27 was unavailable due to 1ZP)**
V250 Vehicle fixed 01/15/2021
V260 Vehicle entry to body shop (CP 0.0) 01/15/2021
V270 Vehicle exit production (CP 7.8) 01/22/2021
V300 Vehicle completion (CP 8.0) 01/22/2021
V331 Entry port Emden 01/29/2021
V332 Exit port Emden 02/19/2021
Entry port Jacksonville 03/05/2021

They are pie in the sky until the fix date of 1/15 is met at Porsche Zuffenhausen. Dealer said my freeze date is 12/15/2020 and not to make any changes prior to 12/15 to avoid any issues with other parts.

This make sense to you?

Yes, thank you, but I have one more question which is, on the top of your build sheet that the dealer has, there is a code. What is your code?

Not sure which code you are referring to. You looking for the commission number? Build codes don't matter once the dealership enters a commission number as that is what the manufacturer uses to build your car. The dealer number is just which dealer is buying it. Which code are you referring to?

The Vehicle status code which is what controls what is actually happening. I know it's the same as the others, but that code there is what tells you what is actually happening with the car.

As of 11/9 (last update), my vehicle status code was:

V200 - Delivery date determined

The next date I am expecting to clear (hopefully) is V210 on 12/15/2020 then V250 on 1/15. If I get to V210, I feel good that the 1ZP brake issue is no longer a problem for my build. I guess I will find out in 22 days.

I am going to call my dealer and see what happens now, if I go to 1/15. Not what he says, but with the code.

OK, I have spoken to my dealer, and if he moves my production out 30 days, to later in January, it takes the brakes and does not show an error.

He called Porsche in Atlanta and they are telling him that there are 4-8 week delays and they won't be all caught up until February or March, so I guess it all depends upon where you stand with all the other December and January orders.

For me, I have the Aero wheels so you really can't see the brakes, so I am sticking with my December 18th build date as I want my car sooner rather than later. It is not that important to me.

For others, especially with the Mission E wheels, I certainly understand.

Good luck, I hope your 1/15 sticks!

V250 today, two days ahead of schedule.
Great News but let me know when V260 happens as that is the key to the process really moving because now Porsche has a vehicle in process that needs to be sold. What is your planned/expected date for V260?
