Ordered mine with Insulated glass, so does anyone have cell phones that won't work because of this glass option ? Kind of important my phone works inside the car,...

I read somewhere (will need to find the source) that the wireless charging compartment works to amplify your phone's antenna when it is clipped in there.

IF it says that anywhere, I can tell you that personal experience is exactly the opposite....inside the box is far worse signal than sitting on the seat. At least for me.

Question - i ordered the thermal/ noise insulated windows (and it shows on sticker). But, the windows seem to be a normal single pane window - is this correct ?

I have the optional double glazed windows and they clearly look like 2 windows stuck together ?

Yes. I see a signal boost, if I put the phone in the wireless charging holder. I have a ‘21. I’m not sure if that’s still the case for ‘22 or not.

Would you recommend the insulated glasd now you got it? Does it really cut down on noise?

Def removed in the 2022 model year (confirmed via media bundle I recently received).

Most def cuts down on exterior noise - from my experience to date, remarkably so!
Now in respect tire road noise YMMV - I am on Pirelli P-Zero Elect and in general have minimal noise issues but of course varies by road surface. Others on different tire makes have reported varying amounts of additional noise but the Pirelli's seem to be one if not the best in this regard (qualitative assessment!).
