PMC+ supplied with the car will do this - there's a 50% button to reduce to 3.2kW.

Good point - I could get a 32A socket put in and run it at 50%

Wallbox pulsar. Very easy to do from app. Just has a circle on home screen you can dial the Amp from 6 to 32 and stays where u left it.

I didn’t know the difference.
The one I have can do 7kW on single phase, like the Andersen the dealer recommended. My Andersen was installed in October 2021 in time for the expected delivery in November/December but turned out to be 12 months premature.
By the time I found all I really needed was a commando socket I had already paid for the Andersen and been using it to charge the PHEV Prius for months.

My solar directs excess power to a “heat store” a big hot water tank but I plug the Taycan in myself if it is very sunny. The benefit of being retired is the “controller” is me.
