It’s a fundamental property of Euclidean geometry:I took a snapshot earlier today: SoC true is almost identical to SoC Display
How is this possible ?
sadly true, slow charing reducing efficiency mostly because at least BMS and Charger ECUs cannot go to sleep for 9,5h (like 9,5h * 200W est. ~2kWh alone) and DC converting is less efficient if less than 16A per phase.one more line, slow AC charging: more than 20% losses here
If you look at @tigerbalm trip reports, the latest one now from Norway, is there not a lot of the desired info provided there? And there are many more trip reports from him available.no need for the pictures, only SoC delta, time and DC energy charged. start and end temp would also be nice and make it more accurate.
For DC you only see (and pay) the energy without AC converting losses. Therefore it should be more precise.
[01.ENG] HV Battery SoC Display is the right parameter to follow then for net: you get a value with 2 decimals.SoC true = gross (93,x kWh)
Soc Display = net (86,7 kWh real, 83 communicated)
only these 2 are of interest.
use net to compare against DC charging kWh
Yep I calculated similar numbers before shared in the SoH thread (but suspect quite variable for other reasons) - will try to add data here too but TBH my charging totally dominated by AC - now have an excuse to get more DC !one more line, slow AC charging: more than 20% losses here
