Whistling noise at 50mph - yes or no

My dealer is not hearing the whisling noice when driving at 50 mph. I can hear it my wife too. Nobody else?

yes I do but the noise was there before I installed the PPF 3 weeks after delivery.

can you tell where it’s coming from? Could be a door seal or window. something has a air leak.
