No. I don't think they install, like Andersen did. They just recommend people. However, I found an installer near my mum's house via a Google search, and they have 4.8 out of 5 on their rating system, so I'm expecting good service from them.thanks
i see they now do a tethered option…can’t decide which is best ….are you using them to install it ?
I went for untethered, but that's because this one will only be used when I'm visiting for roughly one week per month. In that case I will just store the cable in the garage and only get it out when I need to charge. Most of the time it won't be in use, in which case it's better to not have the cable on show.
One final thing. The customer service informed me the data is synced via Bluetooth rather than over the cloud (I think), so it should still work even if the company goes bankrupt, unlike Andersen's chargers.
