mostly don't connect things to plugs you don't have adapter for and certainly don't change amps with adapters…
Rv parks have NEMA 14-50 plugs (240V @ 50 amps (40 amps EV charging) - 9.6 kW "raw" EV charging power) - no adapter necessary
Rv parks also have NEMA TT-30's (120V @ 30 amps (24 amps EV charging) - 2.88 kW "raw" EV charging power) - you'd need a Porsche PMC+/PMCC 30 amp supply cable to use this plug and a TT-30 adapter - or any EV charger that supports 30 amp NEMA plug adapters + a TT-30 adapter/supply-cable…
just the NEMA 14-30 or 6-30 supply cable from Porsche is $200+ - you can buy an entire separate Mustart EVSE w/TT-30 supply cable for about $300
