This is a little bit high......

He may struggle to see all of the cockpit dials clearly.

And it's unlikely he has rested his wrists on the top of that steering wheel.

On the plus side, the side mirror is adjusted correctly.
.....he will know if a helicopter is following him.

I can top that.
When I was younger and had even worse judgment, I did that in a couch atop a pickup truck going across the Tobin Bridge in Boston. At the time, they had baskets where you were supposed to toss the change for the toll, and the toll collector was rather surprised to see it rain down apparently from heaven above their field of vision.

For maximum feel for grip on track (when literally driving by the seat of one's pants), lowest height is optimal, but otherwise I prioritise ease of entry/exit (retiree here with suboptimal flexibility), getting a nice view of those lovely Taycan front arches and not looking like I should be driving a Halfords* special.
(*=Other sources of tacky customisation are available)
I sit as low as possible. But greatly appreciate this topic from which I gleaned the idea of using the #3 seat memory setting to raise the seat before exiting the car. Wow, that made it a lot easier to get out of the car and it's being added to my Taycan routine.

If only the headrest could somehow collapse telescopically. I tried suggesting that tactic to my most frequent passenger, and things devolved into a battle that the seat raising mechanism lost to the roof lining.

hmm yeah, that actually is a good idea.
I sit (very) low, but getting out of the car is still something that I cant do gracefully :)
Downside of being tall / having long legs ... and the door opening not being wide enough, damn B-pillar.

As low as possible.

Yes. Except then go even lower.

Yes. As low as possible.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

I also have some thoughts on how to press the accelerator if you’re interested.
Typically sit just a smidge over the lowest setting.
