Bose Audio menu suddenly disappeared.

My car is a 2021 Porsche Taycan. I was trying to listen to music, but suddenly the Bose Audio option disappeared from the menu.


What could be causing this issue? How can I fix it?

Is Bose Audio a subscription option?
In my case, I selected the Bose option when I purchased the car.

Bose is not a subscription.
The view you are showing is not the right one as Bose is not a music source.
I have seen a music source like XM to disappear and then it comes back.
Bose settings are not known to disappear.

@Crom You need to press the three dots in the right down corner "..." to go to the audio settings, where you will find your bose audio settings.

Bose audio will be under Settings in the PCM, not in this screen.

I’ve had this happen a few times. Had to disconnect the 12v battery for a few minutes to get it to come back.
