I would be asking them to come and fix it. Also stating when handing it in NOT to put it in privacy mode. They bust it whilst servicing/fettling, they need to fix it asap with as little impact on you as possible...

Almost certainly 'the servo motor problem' which is why one side works hot and the other not. Not the high voltage heater as hot air is being blown...
