2021 Taycan software update experience

Most of us have had great service experiences. Can you give us any more detail about when you bought your car, what happened, why is it stuck at dealer, which dealer?

Up until now I’ve had amazing service from Porsche Midsussex. I took delivery September 2020. The Taycan will not communicate with Germany and can only operate in Guest mode. Today Porsche UK have contacted me. They have now taken responsibility for the repair of the car. A little more time will tell.
